About Us

Ladies in Real Estate (LiRE) was started by a group of women in the London property industry. We meet informally for breakfast once a month. 

The goal of the group is to provide informal networking opportunities for women at all levels working across the sector. LiRE was formed out of the desire to encourage women to build personal relationships and support each other on their career journey. 

The group is free to join and open to all women working in property. As of March 2022, the group has reached nearly 900 members. If you'd like to join us for breakfast, please register using the form below.

Adina David


Adina started LiRE as a way to network with other women in the property industry in London, shortly upon arriving from New York in 2016. 
She is passionate about gender equality and hopes the group will help women across the industry support one another. 
Adina is Director of Urban Living at Greystar, tasked with consolidating the company's global strategy around the development and acquisition of urban living assets. She started her career in property with Knight Frank in Romania in 2010 and subsequently specialized in the residential sector working for The Dermot Company in New York and Greystar in London. 
Adina holds an MSc in Real Estate from NYU and a BA from Emory University. She is an active member of ULI UK and ULI Europe. She has been named a RESI Trailblazer (PropertyWeek, 2018), a woman shaping the future of RE in the UK (Bisnow, 2019), a Rising Star by PropertyEU and Estates Gazette (2020), and a UK BTR Influencer (EG, 2022). Adina spends most of her spare time cycling.
