Adina David
Founder & Director
Adina started LiRE as a way to network with other women in the property industry in London, shortly upon arriving from New York in 2016.
She is passionate about gender equality and hopes the group will help women across the industry and the globe support one another.

Adina is a global real estate investment management executive focused on the alternatives segment. Before launching her own ventures she was Executive Director at MGT Investment Management where she was responsible for leading the company's rental living strategy in the UK. ​Prior to joining MGT, Adina was Director of Urban Living at Greystar, tasked with consolidating the company's global strategy around the development and acquisition of urban living assets. She started her career in property with Knight Frank in Romania in 2010 and subsequently specialized in the residential sector working for The Dermot Company in New York and Greystar in London.
Adina holds an MSc in Real Estate from NYU and a BA from Emory University. She is an active member of ULI UK and ULI Europe. She has been named a RESI Trailblazer (PropertyWeek, 2018), a woman shaping the future of RE in the UK (Bisnow, 2019), a Rising Star by PropertyEU and Estates Gazette (2020), a UK BTR Influencer (EG, 2022), and was recipient of ULI UK's Emerging Talent Award (2024). Adina spends most of her spare time cycling.

Meet the C-Suite Lead
Nioki Doggett
Nioki Doggett is the Lead Client Director for the M&G Real Estate European Platform, with over 15 years of experience in investor relations. She is responsible for overseeing investor relations for the M&G European Funds, managing relationships with over 100 institutional investors across 20 international jurisdictions. Beyond her core role, Nioki is a passionate advocate for Diversity & Inclusion at M&G and mentors students from minority ethnic backgrounds through a bespoke real estate charity helping them to pursue and sustain long-term careers in the property industry. She is an active member of the industry, sitting on the INREV Due Diligence Committee and a member of the City of London Guild of Investment Managers.

Tania Baguley
As Operations Director at BDG Architecture + Design, Tania leads operational strategy, resourcing, and project management across the UK and US studios. She is instrumental in optimizing project management processes, managing key client relationships, and overseeing legal contracts. Tania also champions innovation, sustainability, and knowledge sharing, holding significant roles in industry standards. She brings a strong academic background and professional chartered status to her leadership.

Issie Thorneycroft
Issie Thorneycroft is a Graduate Surveyor at JLL, based in London, and is currently undergoing a part-time MSc in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management as well as working towards her APC. Issie has recently completed a year in Asset Management, dealing specifically with business space and hotel assets, and is looking to expand her knowledge of the industry in her future rotations within the company.

Sophia Clarke
Sophia Clarke is a Senior Analyst at Grosvenor, within the Diversified Property Investments team, supporting the asset management of their global investment portfolio. Sophia is a Chartered Surveyor and holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management, which she obtained whilst working at Workman LLP. Sophia is passionate about improving diversity in the real estate industry and works to raise awareness about career opportunities in the sector by speaking at schools and providing APC mentoring.

Charlotte Moon
For the past 15 years Charlotte has specialised in developing and deploying ambitious Future of Work transformation programmes for the world’s leading companies and their people. With a passion for creativity and applied design thinking, she thrives on identifying opportunities, solving complex challenges, and delivering impactful results for clients such as Rothschild & Co, HSBC, Coty and PMI. She currently offers bespoke Workplace Strategy and Change Management solutions to clients across Europe via her consultancy The Mindful City. She cares deeply about making our industry more supportive for colleagues experiencing challenges such as returning to work after a career break, navigating the workplace with neurodivergence or juggling careers with caring responsibilities.
