Inclusivity: All women, at every level, of every socio-economic background, or pivoting into the industry, are welcome to join LiRE.

Consistency: Monthly breakfasts are at the core of creating the safe space for the LiRE network to connect.

Support: Whatever individual members need; the network tries to provide.

Openness: The industry is changing constantly, and the group must be able to evolve with it.

Authenticity: Understand the real needs of the women in the sector to best support them on their journey.  Avoid tokenism.
