Kirsty Wilman is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of experience in finance and operations within the private markets sector. She has held senior leadership roles at Federated Hermes, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of the Real Estate division, where she oversaw legal, compliance, finance, and operational functions across real estate and private credit portfolios.
